Flex R1

 

New for 2016 is the Flex R I gasifier system. This system is the benchmark of small scale gasifier systems in its class. Its quality, features and performance is unmatched; there is no other machine on the market in this class of machine that even compares.

 

The Flex R-1 comes standard with wheels for mobility. The machines quick connect system allows you to set up multiple applications and can effortlessly transition from one application to another. Automated grate and hopper agitators are now standard on the Flex R-1. This system is adjustable for different fuel densities; thus allowing for more linear raw flows inside the gasifiers reactor and reduction system. This means gas flows also become more linear allowing more stable operation. A new filter tank is new for 2016 making the required maintenance a breeze and is more user friendly. The integrated on-board blower system makes it a simple and easy to get the machine up and running. Add the auger feed hopper system and extend runs from the standard 1 hour run time, to 8 hours and longer between fill ups. Click on product images bellow to see more details.
