New for 2016 is the Flex R I gasifier system. This system is the benchmark of small scale gasifier systems in its class. Its quality, features and performance is unmatched; there is no other machine on the market in this class of machine that even compares. The Flex R-1 comes standard with wheels for mobility to run multiple applications. The machines quick connect system allows you to effortlessly transition from one application to another. Automated grate and hopper agitators are also now standard on the Flex R-1. This system is adjustable for different fuels thus allowing for more linear flows inside the gasifiers reactor and reduction system. This means gas flows also become more linear allowing more stable operation. A new filter tank is new for 2016 making the required maintenance a breeze and is more user friendly. The integrated onboard blower system makes it a simple and easy to get the machine up and running.
