We decided to bring the Utility Series III on our Flex R1 platform. This is a stripped down version of the Flex R-1, the reactor and grate system is borrowed from the Utility design family. This is a less sophisticated design with comparable performance and output to the Flex R1 counterpart. Also to reduce entry level cost, no automation will be offered as standard. However, you will always have the option to upgrade with either the lower cost Utility manager or you can opt for the Flex R-1 controller system.  Additionally all parts are compatible with the Flex R-1 what this means not only can you upgrade it to Flex R-1 Standards; all other options will direct fit!! Note the Flex R1 picture is for reference, the control box, all automation components, and the SS band are omitted on the Utility Series III Base Model.
